• (A) Sub-zero cold air ($-30^\circ\text{C}$ to $-40^\circ\text{C}$) blown upward at high velocity suspends food pieces, freezing each piece separately in minutes without clumping
• (B) Liquid nitrogen is directly poured into cans
• (C) Food is frozen in large 50 kg blocks
• (D) Food is dried with hot air first
